Clear Mind Mushroom Coffee
For the mornings the coffee arrives before your mind does.
Coffee first. Seventy percent of every scoop is freeze dried arabica, a medium roast with a real cup of caffeine in it. The other thirty is organic lion's mane and chaga, two mushrooms long taken for focus and a clear head. Not a mushroom drink pretending to be coffee: a proper cup, made for the foggy mornings.
- Roasted arabica 70%, organic lion's mane 15%, organic chaga 15%, each printed with its share on the label.
- Freeze dried and low acid. Chocolate rich, with a clean finish and no mushroom taste to get past.
- Focus, clarity and steady energy: the lift you love, without the edge.
- One scoop, hot water, stir. 27 servings, one a day, about four weeks.
- A food, not a supplement. Nutrition Facts, zero calories, three ingredients.
What the cup is actually like
It is coffee. A medium roast, freeze dried rather than spray dried, so it dissolves instead of sinking and the roast survives into the jar. Low acid, chocolate rich, a clean finish. There is no mushroom taste to get past: chaga is earthy the way a dark roast is earthy, and lion's mane is close to neutral. Black, it is a smooth cup. With milk, a richer one. It contains caffeine, the way coffee does. If you want something for the evening, this is the wrong cup, and our Reishi Calm Drops are the other end of the day.
How to brew it
Add 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) to your cup. Pour in 8 to 10 oz (236 to 295 ml) of hot water at 160 to 175°F (70 to 80°C), stir, and enjoy. For a richer cup, use 2 scoops or blend with your favorite milk. Twenty-seven servings a jar at one scoop.
How much caffeine is in it?
Enough to be your coffee. Seventy percent of the scoop is arabica, so treat a cup as you would a cup of coffee. The label does not print a milligram figure and we will not guess at one. Two scoops make a richer cup and, like any coffee, a stronger one.
Is this a supplement?
No. It is a coffee, a food, and it carries a Nutrition Facts panel rather than a Supplement Facts panel. It is not a lion's mane capsule at a measured dose: our Lion's Mane Mushroom capsules give you 1,000 mg of standardized extract per serving, and this is a cup of coffee with organic mushroom powder in it. Drink it because it is a better morning cup. If you want the mushroom at a measured dose, that is the other product, and the two sit well together.
When to drink it
In the morning, in place of the cup you already make. It is a day product: the caffeine is real, so keep it to the first half of the day unless you know coffee does not touch your sleep.
Storage and cautions
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or opened. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months for best quality. Contains caffeine. Not intended for children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or limiting caffeine, count it as you would any coffee.
Three ingredients, three percentages
No creamer, no sweetener, no flavouring, no proprietary blend. Coffee, and two mushrooms, each with its share printed on the label.

The coffee, kept
Freeze dried rather than spray dried, so the roast survives into the jar and dissolves without sediment. Medium roast, low acid, chocolate rich.

For an attentive mind
Hericium erinaceus, the shaggy white mushroom long taken for focus. Here as an organic powder, 15% of every scoop, on the label by share.

Slow and steadying
Inonotus obliquus, the dark birch mushroom, earthy the way a dark roast is earthy. It is the part of the cup that reads as grounded rather than sharp.

Zero calories, on purpose
No creamer, no sweetener, no flavouring. Three ingredients and a Nutrition Facts panel that reads zero all the way down.
