Order processing time

• All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if this is the case.

Shipping time

• After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and other factors beyond our control.
• Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to customs, postal service, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates

Shipping within the United States is free on every order. Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Where we ship

• We currently ship within the United States only (the lower 48 states).
• We don’t offer international shipping at this time.
