What goes on first

Every Lunaire topical, in the order it goes on, and where the capsules and drops sit around them. Whatever you own, the rule is the same: thinnest first, richest last.

The whole rule in one line

Serums before creams. Among serums, the runniest one first. Anything oily goes last, because nothing gets through it.

The order, whatever you own

    Hyaluronic Acid Serum Serum

    A small amount on clean, dry skin, massaged in until absorbed. The thinnest thing Lunaire makes, so it goes first.

    PDRN Skin Longevity Serum Serum

    Two to four pumps on clean, dry skin. Face and neck, massaged in until absorbed. Morning and night.

    Vitamin C Serum Serum

    A small amount on clean, dry skin. Its label says to avoid sun exposure after applying it, so read the note below before deciding whether yours is a morning or an evening step.

    Anti-Aging Renewal Moisturizer Cream

    Last on the face. It seals whatever is underneath it. If you use it in the daytime, its label says to apply SPF before sun exposure.

    Scalp Revival Hair Oil Scalp

    Not part of the face routine at all. Part your hair, one drop per section of scalp, massage until absorbed. Do it whenever it suits you.

If you only own two things

Serum first, moisturiser second. That is the entire decision. Two serums and no cream? The runnier one first.

Capsules, drops and gummies

These have nothing to do with the order above. NMN is one capsule daily with 6 to 8 oz of water. The rest follow their own labels. None of them need to be timed around your skincare.*

Two things worth knowing before you build a routine

Vitamin C and the moisturiser pull in opposite directions. The Vitamin C serum says to avoid sun exposure after applying it, which points to the evening. The moisturiser contains retinol, which is conventionally an evening ingredient too. They cannot both be the obvious night step. If you own both, follow each label as written and ask us rather than guessing. We would rather answer an email than have you work it out alone.

Every Lunaire topical says clean, dry skin. Not damp. There is no waiting around for a previous layer to half-dry, and no step here that asks you to apply anything to wet skin.
