Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

How Lunaire’s automatic refills work — and how to stay in control.

By purchasing a subscription product from Lunaire, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Frequency & amount

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with this policy.

Optional service

Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed before and during checkout. You are never required to subscribe to place an order.

Confirmation

After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or cancel

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created by:

• Using the Manage Subscription portal, or
• Clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or
• Contacting us for assistance at support@lunaire.life.

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing. We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.

Renewals

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.

No cancellation after an order is created

Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.

Valid orders

All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
